Welcome! Whether you are a first time customer, a gallery owner, or a collector of Salvaterra Pottery, we hope our website will serve you well. At present, we offer 3 different lines of work. We have been offering the Green combination the longest. It is a teal green color with white on part of the piece separated by a raspberry streak. The Moss combination is a very earthy glaze that varies greatly with colors of brown and marbled colors of cream, green, blue and sometimes pink. Our newest color combination is Smoky Blue and is a matt glaze with a tranquil feel of pale blue, cream and rust. Each piece is handmade in our basement studio by Sue Salvaterra Hintz. Most pieces are created on a potters wheel and some pieces are handbuilt. Please enjoy our website and contact us if we can assist you further.
